Helium Direct Ltd provides the following terms which do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Orders are considered as confirmed once Helium Direct Ltd has processed payment in full and provided confirmation of Order Completed.
IMPORTANT – NEVER INHALE HELIUM GAS
Do not deliberately inhale helium. Although not poisonous, this gas could result in DEATH by asphyxiation or damage to your lungs. This warning is endorsed by the British Compressed Gases Association. By ordering Helium via Helium Direct Ltd you are agreeing that you fully understand and accept this Safety Warning.
Advance Delivery Dates
We are able to accept orders with specified Delivery/Collection dates of up to 12 months in advance. However, if you are wishing to place numerous or regular orders then we advise for you to contact our Sales team who can accommodate and confirm your requirements. Our Sales line: phone number
All Helium Cylinders are delivered via the Air Products network of Agents. Delivery is only available in mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland) and is limited to weekday Monday to Friday. Upon order you will be prompted for specific delivery and collection dates. You are also given the opportunity to state specific delivery instructions. As we have no control over deliveries routed or order scheduling we are unable to offer specific time slots of delivery and therefore can provide limited tracking assistance. Unless otherwise stated, someone will be required to sign for the goods at the delivery point on the requested delivery date. If during order placement you request for the goods to be left unsigned for and in a specific location then this is specifically done at the customers own risk. Helium Direct Ltd accepts no liability for lost or stolen goods. If a delivery/collection fails due to customer liability then an additional charge per occurrence will be deducted from your credit/debit card (please read Lost/Damaged Goods & Re Delivery/Collection Costs).
Last Minute Orders & Next-Day Delivery
Helium Direct Ltd endeavour to meet all customer delivery requirements. You are advised to give as much notice as possible when ordering, ideally 5 working days. However, if you wish to place a last minute or next day delivery order you are required to complete your order by 12.00pm the day prior to required delivery.
Payment and Cancellation
Payment is processed securely online in real-time during Checkout by Global Payments. Telephone Orders will be securely processed also using Global Payments. Statements will show a debit by Helium Direct Ltd
If Orders are cancelled on the same date as Order Placement, Helium Direct Ltd will refund in full. Contact Us to cancel an order stating your Order Reference number.
If Orders are cancelled after the order date, then the refund will be less 3% covering financial costs incurred by Helium Direct Ltd. Cancellation of orders is limited up until 24 hours prior requested Delivery or Collection Date after which no refund will due. Last Minute Orders & Next Day Delivery items cannot be cancelled and items qualifying for Bulk Prices cannot be cancelled as we do not operate a ‘sale or return’ policy.
Payment must be made in advance and prior to delivery/collection. Payments can be made via the following methods: Major credit or debit card including Electron & AMEX, BACS payments can also be made (please ask Sales Team for details), or alternatively payment can be made via cheque (payable to Helium Direct Ltd) but customers are advised to leave adequate time for funds to clear as goods will only be dispatched once full payment is received.
Helium Direct Ltd Price Promise
Helium Direct Ltd endeavours to offer its Customers not only low pricing but excellent customer service. We will aim to not only match but beat any like for like quote/price offered by any competitor. Please contact us with details of Competitor offers and our Sales Team will be happy to assist. The goods must be of a comparable quantity & or quality standard to qualify.
In any circumstance where your first choice is out of stock, Helium Direct will aim to make alternative substitutions for similar comparable goods. Our sales team will contact you to discuss substitutions. If we are unable to offer a suitable substitution then a full refund will be offered. If we have been unable to contact you prior to 5.00pm on the day before goods are to be delivered then we will include the best substitute or refund the out of stock items onto the payment card used to place the order.
Goods offered with manufacturer warranties are clearly marked.
Registered Charities may qualify for a nominal discount. Helium Direct Ltd endeavour to offer competitive pricing therefore discounts are not always available. Any discounts offered are at the discretion of Helium Direct Ltd.
Helium Direct Ltd does not offer any goods free of charge.
Helium cylinders remain the property of Air Products PLC at all times. All Helium purchases consist of the Gas content of the cylinder, a Hire period of the cylinder (maximum 3 months unless Trade), the hire of an Inflator and a Delivery or Collection Charge. Helium Direct Ltd is unable to offer any credit or refund for unused Helium Gas as all cylinders are vented and cleaned of contamination before being re-filled.
By placing your order you agree to the Replacement Charges outlined below. In the event of a lost/damaged cylinder or inflator, or additional delivery/collection visits, your credit card will be automatically billed. Lost, Damaged or unreturnable cylinders are charged at: N10 £349.00 each, N20 £349.00 each and N30 £425.00 each | Lost or damaged inflators £29.95 | Additional Delivery or Collection visits / change of Address £19.95 per occurrence. | Amendments to order £10.00 administration fee | Additional Rental: £8.40 per month/part month per cylinder applicable after the initial 30 day hire period. Additional Charges outlined above will be charged to your credit/debit card automatically which you authorise Helium Direct Ltd to do by placing your order.
